NIGHTSCAPE, 2001
In Nightscape, remnants of dark-colored fabric gathered from garment manufacturers are meticulously sewn together and arranged on the gallery floor, questioning the fashion industry's waste stream. These abstracted contours of the body form piles of fabric strips that crowd together to create a dense, rolling landscape of discards.
